Free online party games you play together — one screen, everyone's phone.
Zubilu is a free browser-based party game platform inspired by games like Jackbox and AirConsole. One person opens a room on a shared screen — a laptop, a TV, a projector — and everyone else joins on their own phone by entering a 4-letter room code. No accounts, no downloads, no app store.
The host picks the games, sets the rules, and the platform handles the rest. Games run in real time over a live connection, so answers and results show up instantly for every player. Between games, a cross-game leaderboard tracks cumulative points so you can string multiple rounds into a full tournament.
Zubilu works on any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox — on phones, tablets, and desktops. It was designed to be played in the same room (at a party, in class, at a team event) but works just as well over a video call.
There's one secret word. Every round, each player guesses a word and finds out how close it is to the secret — greener means warmer. The number next to each guess is its rank out of every word in the pool: rank #1 is the secret word itself, lower numbers mean closer guesses. Words can't be repeated once they've been tried. The first player to guess the exact word wins!
Stuck? Each game has two hints: the word ranked #100, and the word one place above your best guess. Each is unlocked by watching a short ad, and hint usage is shown on the daily leaderboard.
Daily Challenge: Every day there's a shared puzzle — the same secret word for everyone worldwide. Play it solo, compare your result on the global leaderboard, and come back tomorrow for a new challenge. One attempt per person per day.
Best for: word game fans, Wordle/Semantle enthusiasts, casual play.
1–30 players Word guessing Daily challengeEach round one player, the clue giver, gets a prompt such as Best football dribbler, Spiciest dish in the world or Fastest animal on land, and a secret target somewhere on a scale from 0 to 100. They name one thing they think sits at exactly that spot. Everyone else then guesses where on the scale the clue lands.
Spectrum is a social game as much as a guessing game: the best clues spark debate and reveal how differently people see things. Close guesses score more points, and the clue giver scores the average of everyone's points, so a clear clue pays off for them too.
Best for: parties, creative groups, anyone who likes discussion and debate.
2–16 players Social OpinionsA daily word puzzle based on the classic code-breaking game Bulls and Cows. Every day there are three secret words: 4, 5 and 6 letters long. Each guess only tells you how many letters are in the right place and how many are in the word but in the wrong place, never which ones. Working that out is the puzzle.
There's no limit on guesses. Your score is how many guesses it took, and everyone who plays the same words that day is ranked on the daily leaderboard.
Best for: Wordle and Mastermind fans, a quick solo puzzle each day.
Solo Word puzzle DailyEvery day at midnight UTC there's a new secret word for the Warmer Daily Challenge, in English and in Greek. The puzzle is the same for every player worldwide, so you're competing with everyone else who plays that day.
The daily challenge is played solo. Your result goes on the global leaderboard, ranked by how many guesses it took to find the word, with any hints you used shown next to your name. Each person gets one attempt per day.
Codex has its own daily puzzles too: three new words every day, with a separate leaderboard.
Yes. Zubilu is completely free to play. No account, no subscription, no in-app purchases. The site is supported by advertising.
No. Everything runs in the browser. Players open the site on their phone, enter the room code, and they're in. Works on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and any modern desktop browser.
Most games support 2 to 16 players. There's no hard cap on how many people can watch the shared screen — only the players with phones count toward the limit.
Yes. Every game works on phones alone: when there's no TV or laptop, each phone shows the game and the scores itself. Warmer and Codex can also be played completely solo.
Absolutely. Share your screen in Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams so remote players can see the display. Everyone joins the room on their own phone just like in person.
Warmer is available in English and Greek. Codex and Spectrum are currently English only. More languages may be added in the future.
In a group game of Warmer the host sets a time limit per round, or turns it off. In Spectrum the clue giver has no time limit, and everyone else has a minute and a half to guess. Codex has no time limit.
Each device gets one attempt per day, tracked by browser fingerprint and IP address. All players who join a daily challenge room have their fingerprint recorded, so you can't play again by creating a fresh room after finishing.
